Rob and Kim recently helped us purchase and sell our homes in Shaganappi. This is second time we've worked with them and just as last time, they were incredible! They made time for showings, gave us honest advice, and got us a great price on both deals. I also love that they work as a team! Rob & Kim came highly recommended to us from friends of ours back in 2020. Since then, we've bought and sold two homes with Rob & Kim in the neighbourhood of Shaganappi in Southwest Calgary. Honestly, we are so happy we found them. They are a rare combination of easy-going and meticulous. Their attention to detail is remarkable and I know they worked tirelessly, not only to get us the home we loved, but also to sell our previous one in a softening market. Throughout everything, they were proactive, thorough, and always had our best interests at heart.
On top of their professionalism, they made the entire process enjoyable. Their upbeat personalities and sense of humor is just fun to be around.

My husband and I (and so many members of our immediate family and friends) have used Rob and Kim for their real estate needs over the years whether buying or selling. They are consummate professionals and are without a doubt, some of the most knowledgable realtors we’ve ever dealt with. They are patient and kind and always willing to share their knowledge of the real estate industry and help to navigate the sometimes murky waters of real estate documents and procedures. This last deal was particularly daunting as all four of the siblings are executors and it took an unbelievable amount of patience and understanding when having to deal with four separate personalities, levels of knowledge of the industry, differing timelines and priorities. We highly recommend them!

Rob and Kim helped us purchase our first home. I would have to say they are the best realtors and would recommend them to anyone based on my experience with them. As first time home buyers, we had a lot of anxiety and questions, and Rob and Kim were very patient and supportive throughout the whole process. They were never rushing and their patience and responsive communication really helped soothed out our anxiety.

Let's begin with how professional Robert and Kim were . We've known them for years and we entrusted them with dealing with the selling of our home in Elbow Valley . Not only did they know the perfect time to list they talked us into to a mindset to believe what we SHOULD get for our beautiful home not what we COULD only hope for . , It will sell, it's stunning , other people are going to love it & appreciate it as well and you're not going to give it away ! Believe that !
Their market knowledge , strategies , staging / decluttering ideas, communication and responsiveness and personal accessibility whenever it happened ,was usually done in minutes . Whatever questions we had , they had professional feedback from their years of extensive knowledge making the process , start to finish , seamless and smooth ! Right from suggestions on how to show the house from day 1 , open houses if necessary , relaying feedback from the numerous offers we had and how to counter or bargain the best price . In the end we sold for damn close to our list price at a time when the market was questionable with tariffs and poor economic outlook looming ahead and in the upper end market !
With each offer , the negotiations were not only professional , they brought the whole selling circus down to a simple succinct process that made it simple and guided us thru it all . Throughout the entire time , they offered encouragement , praise and support in every way possible . They handled all the paperwork from the community , the lawyers , as well as feedback was accurately relayed back to us after a multitude of offers . They could anticipate the changes in the market and were correct to tell us to stick with our plan and wishes with exceptional guidance . The closing was effortless and walked with us to the end .
Lastly , they helped afterwards for my partner to find a new home and smooth that deal thru as well as have contacts to help with a Reno she's looking to do .

We just purcahsed our first house, in Canada. Neither my wife nor I had any experience in buying houses here. We are both professors and have very little experience in commercial transactions. We needed someone with tremendous patience.
The optimal combination of Robert and Kim was a heavenly gift.
Robert is extremely knowledgeable. He can quicky determine pros and cons, outstanding feature features and downsides, valuation parameters and the costs for upgrades/updates. Kim embellishes this assessment with evaluation of architecture and styles that are in vogue and those that are passe--and of possibilities.
We very soon realized that I and my wife wanted different kinds of the house. We saw many many many houses. Kim and Robert patiently continued to show houses. Nothing was clicking.
We even signed one deal, but backed out upon discovering a major deficiency. Robert was not only supportive of the decision, but encouraged us to back out.
Finally, every thing came together and we found something that we both really liked. It met both our needs and requirements. We bid more than ask price on the opening day and closed the deal.
Now we are family friends!
